A 100% refund or exchange on your purchased goods will be happily made, provided they are returned to us within 14 working days of the delivery date. Goods must be returned in secure packaging, using a guaranteed and trackable delivery service for which the buyer is responsible for paying for and must arrive in perfect order. If you wish to return any item for any reason, please contact me in advance. Refunds cannot be offered on the postage fee, unless the item is faulty.

Regrettably, returns or refunds cannot be made on any bespoke items. Please note, all lampshades are made to order, therefore are classed as bespoke items. I try my best to show the colours of our items as accurately as possible but because of different computer settings the colours may vary on various computer screens. I recommend that you ask for a fabric sample first and I can also offer guidance on sizing to ensure you are ordering the right item for you. If you are unhappy with your made to order shade, please contact me and I will discuss this with you to see if we can resolve the issue.

If your order has arrived damaged due to its transit, please contact me immediately as I only have 7 days to make a claim with the courier company or post office. Please keep all packaging and endeavour to take images for proof, until the situation has been resolved but I will reimburse you as soon as possible.

Please note that refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
